Convert a Bank of America statement to Excel or CSV
Bank of America lets you view, print and download up to 18 months of statements at any time. Older copies can be ordered back to 7 years, and they come as PDFs.
Tickvouch converts Bank of America PDF statements to CSV or Excel in the browser. The file is not uploaded. Every conversion runs a reconciliation check: opening balance plus every transaction must equal the closing balance, shown as PASS or FAIL with the arithmetic.

This is the whole tool, running on this page. The PDF is read on your machine; nothing is uploaded. Turn your internet off and convert anyway. That is the test.

What this page is doing
A FAIL never blocks the download. You get the file and the warning, not one held hostage to the other.
Get your PDF statement from Bank of America
Sign in to Online Banking and select "Statements & Documents" under the Accounts tab. From there you view, print or download the statement as a PDF. For anything past 18 months you order copies; electronic copies arrive in 24 to 36 hours.
Where the Bank of America export stops
That 18-month window is the catch. Two or three years of history for a tax return, a mortgage application or a bookkeeping backlog arrives as ordered PDF copies, not as data. Bank of America's statement help pages document PDF download and name no statement-to-spreadsheet export, so the PDF is what you are converting.
Combined statements make the retyping worse: several accounts share one document. Bank of America notes that on a combined statement, check images are available only for your primary checking account.
What Tickvouch does with it
Upload the Bank of America PDF statement. Tickvouch reads the transaction table and writes a clean CSV or Excel file.
Every conversion is checked: opening balance plus every transaction must equal the closing balance. You see PASS or FAIL, with the arithmetic, before you download. A FAIL is never hidden.
The file never leaves your browser. Turn off your internet and convert anyway: it still works, which is how you check that claim instead of believing it.
Text-based e-statements only. Scanned statements are not supported yet, and Tickvouch says so instead of guessing.
