Convert a CommBank statement to Excel or CSV

CommBank keeps online statements for up to 7 years. It documents no statement-to-spreadsheet export for personal NetBank, so seven years of history stays seven years of PDFs.

Tickvouch converts CommBank PDF statements to CSV or Excel in the browser. The file is not uploaded. Every conversion runs a reconciliation check: opening balance plus every transaction must equal the closing balance, shown as PASS or FAIL with the arithmetic.

CommBank's own NetBank guide gives the path: log into NetBank, then View accounts, then Statements. Choose the account, select the date issued, then Download.

Where the CommBank export stops

Seven years of statements is generous, as PDFs. CommBank does not document a statement-to-spreadsheet export for personal NetBank, so turning those years into data is your problem rather than the bank's. Formats commonly claimed elsewhere are not stated on any CommBank page we could read, so we do not repeat them.

Two edges to know. Statements for a closed account are kept for only 2 years, per CommBank's own support page, so a closed account is a deadline. And on the business side, CommBiz exports up to 25 months of transaction history while statements stay viewable for 7 years, which is the same gap in a different suit.

What Tickvouch does with it

Upload the CommBank PDF statement. Tickvouch reads the transaction table and writes a clean CSV or Excel file.

Every conversion is checked: opening balance plus every transaction must equal the closing balance. You see PASS or FAIL, with the arithmetic, before you download. A FAIL is never hidden.

The file never leaves your browser. Turn off your internet and convert anyway: it still works, which is how you check that claim instead of believing it.

Text-based e-statements only. Scanned statements are not supported yet, and Tickvouch says so instead of guessing.
